Except as explicitly stated in these Terms of Service, TM Taxes and its licensors reserve all right in and to the services and Content.
TM Taxes and the associated logos and any other TM Taxes service names, logos or slogans that may appear on the services are trademarks of TM Taxes and our licensors and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our or the applicable trademark holder’s prior written permission. You may not use metatags or other “hidden text” utilizing “TM Taxes” or any other name, trademark or product service name of TM Taxes.
TM Taxes warrants the accuracy of its calculations of its tax filing products. If you file your return with TM taxes and you either receive a smaller tax refund, owe a larger tax liability, or pay an IRS penalty solely because of a calculation error within our tax filing product and not as a result of, among other things, your failure to provide all relevant tax information requested by TM Taxes, or any willful or fraudulent omission or inclusion of information regarding your tax return, TM Taxes will not be liable for misrepresentation of information submitted.
If you believe that a calculation error occurred and you have complied with these Terms of Service, please notify TM Taxes via phone or email as soon as you learn of the mistake (and in no event later than 7 days from when you filed your return or, in the event of a claimed penalty, 30 days after the penalty is assessed). You are responsible for paying any additional tax liability you may owe, and for assisting and providing additional information as reasonably requested by TM Taxes.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY TM TAXES TO THE CONTRARY, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TM TAXES, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, ASSIGNS, LICENSORS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISERS, WEB-LINK PROVIDERS, DEALERS OR SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “PARTICIPATING PARTIES”) DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, REGARDING THE SERVICES, CONTENT, AND RELATED MATERIALS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THEIR QUALITY, THEIR MERCHANTABILITY, AND THEIR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
All services are provided on a non-refundable basis, but we are happy to help correct any mistakes free of charge. This includes, but is not limited to, preparer fees, The mistake must be one made on our end, and not something you have changed your mind about after the service has been performed.
In the event there is a disagreement, any adjustments or changes to the services must be authorized at the discretion of management. You have 7 days to contact TM Taxes to receive complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 14 days past the initial service date.
Please keep in mind that the effectiveness of our services is limited to the information you provide us. Any separate issues you have with the IRS that are not revealed to us may impact decisions made by the IRS regarding your taxes and are beyond our control.
If services have not yet been rendered, you may request that we cancel services, and we will return your tax documents accordingly. Requests to cancel services may be made by notifying our office via phone call or email.
